1. Scope of MBB Prep Services

1.1 Coaching Services

1. MBB Prep offers one-on-one coaching sessions (“Coaching Services”) including Case Coaching, FIT Coaching, and Resume Review, delivered personally by Ashwin Shetty.
2. Coaching sessions are booked through Calendly and payment is collected at the time of booking. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and MBB Prep.
3. Session duration, pricing, and availability are as displayed on the coaching page at the time of booking. MBB Prep reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price paid.
4. While MBB Prep strives to deliver the highest quality coaching, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, interview invitations, or admission to any firm.

1.2 Platform Subscription

1. MBB Prep offers subscription plans (“Subscription Plans”) that grant access to the AI-powered case practice platform, subscriber-only workshops, and additional learning resources.
2. Two plans are available: a Monthly plan (platform access only) and an Annual All-Access plan. The Annual All-Access plan includes subscriber-only weekly workshops and one complimentary coaching session with Ashwin Shetty, subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise MBB Prep to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
4. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

1.3 Workshops

1. MBB Prep hosts weekly group workshops covering case interview topics such as structuring, profitability analysis, market sizing, and mental math.
2. Certain workshops are free and open to all registered users. Others are exclusive to active subscribers.
3. Workshop schedules, topics, and capacity are subject to change. MBB Prep will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use MBB Prep Services.
2. You must create an account to access platform features such as AI case practice, workshops, and subscription management. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3. You may not register more than one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
5. MBB Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used for credential sharing or any form of abuse.

3. Booking Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

3.1 Coaching Sessions

1. All coaching session payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
2. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time. You may reschedule through the link provided in your confirmation email.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated. The session will be considered completed and no refund or credit will be issued.
4. If you fail to attend a confirmed session (“no-show”), the session will be deemed completed and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
5. In the unlikely event that MBB Prep needs to cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling at a mutually convenient time will be offered.

3.2 Platform Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Guarantee

1. Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
   • You have not booked or attended a 1-on-1 coaching session (including the complimentary session included with the Annual All-Access plan).
   • You have not attended any subscriber-only workshop.
   • You have attempted fewer than 10 practice drills or full cases on the platform.
2. Refund requests must be made by emailing ashwin4295@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date. MBB Prep may ask you to confirm the reason for your request.
3. After 7 days from the date of purchase, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
4. For Monthly plans, the 7-day refund window applies to the first month only. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.
5. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for cancellations outside the 7-day refund window.
6. If you purchased an Annual All-Access plan and received the complimentary coaching session, cancellation of the subscription does not affect any coaching session already booked or completed.
7. MBB Prep reserves the right to reject a refund request if it discovers any attempt at misuse or abuse of the refund policy.

4. Payment Terms

1. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Coaching session payments are processed through Calendly's integrated payment system. Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay.
3. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. MBB Prep is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, or currency conversion fees.
4. MBB Prep reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not apply to previously confirmed bookings or active subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All content on MBB Prep — including but not limited to case materials, frameworks, AI-generated practice content, workshop recordings, coaching methodologies, scorecards, written guides, and website design — is the intellectual property of MBB Prep and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Your subscription or coaching purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own individual preparation purposes only.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, or create derivative works from any MBB Prep content without prior written permission.
4. Recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise copying coaching sessions, workshops, or platform content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

When using MBB Prep Services, you agree not to:

1. Share your account credentials or allow others to access the platform through your account.
2. Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, content, or coaching materials.
3. Post or submit any content that is false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
4. Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control features of the platform.
5. Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from MBB Prep.
6. Engage in any activity that could damage or disrupt the functioning of MBB Prep Services.

7. Reviews and Testimonials

1. Users may leave reviews and ratings for coaching sessions. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience.
2. MBB Prep reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, offensive, or violate these Terms.
3. By submitting a review, you grant MBB Prep permission to display it on the website and in marketing materials.

8. Modification of These Terms

1. MBB Prep reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
2. Your continued use of MBB Prep Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. MBB Prep Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
2. MBB Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MBB Prep Services.
3. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of MBB Prep Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MBB Prep in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
4. MBB Prep does not guarantee any specific career outcome, interview result, or job offer as a result of using our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBB Prep, its owner, and any affiliated parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your misuse of MBB Prep Services; or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ashwin4295@gmail.com. Active subscription access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
2. MBB Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. General Provisions

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MBB Prep regarding your use of MBB Prep Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
2. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MBB Prep as a result of these Terms.
3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
4. MBB Prep's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
5. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted hereunder without MBB Prep's prior written consent.
